A while back now I was talking about the new SSTP VPN Service that we had deployed. I wrote up a short description page explaining in brief how it worked and what it provided. But to make sure that as many as possible deployed it correctly, I stated that one of my technicians would set it up for you.

As of yesterday, I wrote up a complete set of manual step-by-step instructions for those of you that wish to try this yourself. As I previously mentioned, this is now a free addition to any existing vpn service account that you may have with us. It is my hopes that as many of you as possible move over to this new protocol as its lighter than L2TP/IPSec and 100% more stable than PPTP. Under its maximum security settings, you can still surf the internet, stream online media services, and go about your business as normal knowing that your entire internet experience is locked away from the prying eyes of your local isp and any one else interested in your business.

When we initially tested this in the more hardline (communist) countries, we found that we could easily defeat their filters, tracking mechanisms, and all the other dirty tactics they use to limit the free flow of information. We also tested against routers designed to block all vpn protocols. But because an SSTP VPN runs on the secured port 443, nothing could stop it.

Folks, if you have the capacity to move over to this new technology and meet the operating system requirements (Windows Vista w/SP1 or Windows 7 Home Premium & above), please take the opportunity to do so. Its not only better for your computer, but its better for you as well and you should be able to enjoy a richer and more unfiltered internet no matter where in the world you are. If you are truly serious about a safer internet, this is the way to go.

Hi Folks,

I just wanted to let you know the IAPS primary site and the other sites hosted on the same server will be migrated to a new server with much greater capabilities today. Due to an increase in server resources, rates of traffic flow, and just my incessant needs to put everyone on a server thats powered by an Intel i7 8-core processor brought this migration on. We are striving here for a much greater capacity as we continue to expand and spread our resources and capacities around. We expect a downtime of no more than an hour once the migration to the new server begins and all sites and services will be restored as they sit right now and will retain their current settings. After quite a lot of work, measuring, fitting, re-doing, and every other what-not, we’ve finally unveiled the new IAPS Security Services, L.L.C. website. We sincerely hope you all enjoy the new design as it took a lot of time and patience to create this. We’ve released 11 new servers today under our new “Intranet Series” program. This new program addresses issues regarding countries other than the United Kingdom whereas users were not permitted to sign in multiple times to their account from within the same household. We’ve now resolved this issue and users that are placed under our new program will be allowed multiple sessions under the same user account as long as the connections are under the same household. This means that you can stream media services in multiple rooms of your house as long as your local isp provides you with enough bandwidth to do so.

Its Jared here. Some time ago a technician I was talking to (that isn’t affiliated with IAPS) said that this project couldn’t be completed and put into a production environment. That conversation stayed on my mind for quite some time before I decided to prove him wrong.
