Folks, we have completed 4 out of 5 server ip range changes. The last range is for the Moonlight server and we have not received the range from the data center yet so it may be another day or so before we can switch that server out. But we have completed the work for the other servers.

Now, these are the requirements that you will need to fulfill on your end to obtain the new dial-in ip address for the server you are assigned to. Keep in mind that you only need to change servers primary ip address in your vpn properties box. Thats all that is required on your end, nothing more. In order to receive the new information for your account, you must use our secured contact form and provide the following information:

1.) The server you were assigned to. (Either provide its old ip address or its common name.)
2.) Your account user name for that server.
3.) Your account password for that server.
4.) Your registered email account from your order. (We will not accept substitutes.)
5.) Your account start date and expiration date. (You must provide this.)

If you do not fulfill all 5 requirements, we will not issue you any new details. If you send your request to any other place but the secured contact form I have now specified twice, your request will not be processed. It is very important that you follow instructions here. If you only send in half of the required information your request will not be processed. Again, follow the instructions as posted above. These required steps are provided for both your safety and the integrity of the networks we assign to you. We appreciate your continued usage of our services and if you’d like to help with a small donation to help cover the high costs associated with these new ip range changes you can show your support to the immediate right of this post. Once again we thank you for your continued use of the IAPS Networks.
