I’m happy to report that we’ve gotten the Skyhawk server fixed and even performed an upgrade on it. We’re adding the user accounts now as quickly as possible. Because of the changes we’ve made, if your assigned to this server you will need to request your new password. Usernames remain the same. The only change will be your password. When requesting your new password, send in your request with this information from your original (or most recently issued) account welcome email:

Your User Name is:
Your Password is:
Account Start Date:
Account Expires on:
Assigned Country:
Server Name:

When we receive this information, we will activate your account within minutes of receiving your request. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Folks,

This notice only applies to those of you assigned to the Skyhawk server. Please be advised that we will be addressing a few of the issues on this server in a few hours from now that cause it to keep shutting itself down. Because we’re working on a Sunday, this server will be more than ready to go again before Monday morning so your regular schedule should not be affected. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.
